Megan Campbell is an award winning Yoga Teacher, sacred activist, TV show host, and founder of ‘Journey of the Yogini’ – A soul-based business uniting women through Yoga to raise awareness and funds for charities that empower women and girls worldwide. Building a community of ‘active change makers’ is Megan Campbell’s mission. This dynamic Yogini will ignite your passion for empowerment, healing and transformation in her unwavering belief that, together we can find ways to empower, heal and transform the world. In recognition of Megan’s contributions to women’s empowerment, she was most recently awarded the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal by the Government of Canada. In 2012, Megan was voted ‘Best Yoga Teacher’ at National Capital Fit Day and in 2011 voted ‘Best Yoga Teacher’ by Faces Magazine. She was recognized by CTV as one of Ottawa’s ‘Amazing People’ and as an ‘Agent of Peace’ by Nipissing University. ‘Journey of the Yogini’ and was also awarded the Silver Medal for ‘Best New Business 2012 by Ottawa Business Journal. Megan talks the talk and walks the walk and has brought groups to Guatemala to build a home, to Nepal to build a school, travelled to India to work with survivors of sex trafficking, and in 2013 is offering yet another trip to India to offer service to various projects that are concerned with the right to education for all.
Tracy Glennon
Tracy Glennon has been a certified fitness professional for the past two decades. She is the former Director of Operations for GoodLife Fitness and is currently heading a GoodLife initiative specializing in Group Exercise as a sales product. She is an avid triathlete and marathoner and has dedicated her life to bringing fitness and wellness to her own life and the Ottawa Community. As an international presenter she has spoken on topics ranging from Women in Fitness and Fun in the Workplace to Childhood Obesity and Hot Fitness Trends – taking a special interest in lecturing on the future health of today’s youth. As an advocate for a healthy lifestyle she has been a previous Board member and President of The Ontario Fitness Council and was a founding PRO TRAINER for Canfitpro.
Tracy is well known in Ottawa’s Yoga Community and an Alumni Lululemon Ambassador. She has led many community yoga outreach programs as a volunteer yoga teacher in over a dozen Ottawa Schools and recently leading over 1000 yoga enthusiasts this past June as part of Parliament Hill Yoga. Her goal is continue to encourage people to make fitness a part of their family’s lifestyle, not just a hobby.

Natalie Kahalé is an eternal optimist who absolutely loves life! She believes that everyone can experience happiness in daily life, independent of the challenges we all face. Natalie is described by her friends as a loving, bubbly person who always seems to notice the positive in people, situations and life events. She is constantly seeking meaningful connections and interactions through others and experiences. Natalie works for the City of Ottawa, in Organizational Development and hosts and produces her own weekly talk show “Nat en Parle” on TV Rogers. You can also hear her on 94.5 FM every Monday morning on VéroCité for her “Nat m’inspire” segment. In her spare time, you might find her in a yoga class, working on a painting, out on the town or at the pool coaching synchronized swimming!

Michelle is known for her thoughtful, thorough – but always fun approach to helping clients take ownership of their authentic images.
Michelle focuses on one-on-one, personalized image consulting as well as corporate image consulting workshops targeted to helping individuals use personal style to business advantage. She has been an independent image consultant since 1996. In addition to a Business Administration Diploma in Human Resource Management, Michelle holds numerous certifications from the Image Institute. She is an Associate Member of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI, Toronto Chapter), was named the 2003 Chapter Member of the Year, and was the organization’s VP Chapter Relations for 2007-2009.
